Quality Assurance Check List

We want to thank you for being our Client and hope you will be thrilled with our service!  Your carpet and/or upholstery must be clean, fresh smelling and looking great.  This is what you will experience with Advanced Carpet Care .

After your cleaning job, you and your technician will review this list together and sign it for quality control.  This will help ensure that you have received the most thorough cleaning, and that you have been given the best possible customer service.

    • I explained the "Always Clean" program
    • I greeted you with a smile
    • You received professional and courteous treatment at all times
    • I asked you to make me aware of ALL your concerns
    • I carefully explained what areas or spots I could get results with
    • Any areas that concerned you, I explained what I thought the results would be
    • I pre-sprayed your carpet for the deepest possible cleaning
    • I explained why it is important to have pre-spray
    • I performed general spot removal as needed
    • I explained the difference between a spot and a stain and the possibility of them being removed
    • I was careful bringing in our equipment and was careful with it in your home
    • I cleaned all corners and edges (if available)
    • I informed you about Stain Protection application
    • I explained possible problem areas during your cleaning
